Storekeeper
Job Description
- Maintain accurate inventory records using systems.
- Coordinate with procurement and logistics teams to ensure timely and accurate receipt of shipments.
- Inspect incoming goods to ensure they meet quality standards and specifications.
- Maintain detailed records of all stock movements, including receipts, issues, and returns.
- Ensure efficient storage of goods, optimizing space and maintaining an organized layout.
- Ensure proper labeling and storage conditions for different types of products.
- Allocate tasks and monitor staff performance.
- Conduct regular inventory audits and cycle counts to ensure stock accuracy by Batch/Expiry.
- Prepare regular reports on inventory levels, stock movements, and warehouse performance.
- Use data to identify trends, issues, and areas for improvement.
- Ensure all warehouse operations comply with health and safety regulations.
- Supervise and train store keeping staff, ensuring adherence to company policies and procedures.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Logistics & Warehouse, Business Administration, or a related field.
- At least 5 years of experience in store keeping, inventory management, warehouse operations within the FMCG industry.
- WMS knowledge.
- Language: English & Asian Language skills
- Proficiency in Computer with Good Knowledge of MS Office; analytical thinking or strategic thinking
