Overview of the role:
As a Marketing Administrator, you will play a crucial role in the intersection of our marketing and finance departments. You will be responsible for managing financial processes, tracking budgets, raising purchase orders (POs), and ensuring timely payments. Your meticulous attention to detail and adherence to procedures will contribute to the smooth operation of our marketing activities while maintaining fiscal responsibility.

About the Team:
You will be reporting to GM – Marketing
What equips you for the role:
- Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, business administration, or related field. Proven experience in financial administration, preferably within a marketing or advertising environment.
- 5 years in a similar role
- Proficiency in financial software and tools, such as Excel and SAP
- Strong understanding of procurement processes and financial regulations.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage deadlines effectively.
- Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy in financial record-keeping.
