Health, Safety, Security & Environment

• Assisting Area HSSE Manager in Implementing and maintaining HSSE System
• Supporting to ensure compliance to HSSE standards during routine operations.
• Closely working with the operational staff to achieve seamless working between HSSE and operations.
• Ensure implementation of the HSSE, IM and BCM requirements of contractors and vendors and assuring provision in contracts, and conformance of contractors at their place of work in line with directions from Area HSSE Manager.
• Support HSSE Team in running HSSE audit/BCM exercise/testing process for facilities and vendors & follow-up to ensure adequate performance.
• Support the HSSE team in conducting HSSE trainings of the facility staff as per the Area training plan including identification and selection of the training vendors.

Contractor management:

• Permit to work system handling
• Maintain List of approved contractors
• Follow up with contractors on service delivery and ensuring its compliance with HSSE requirements and operational needs

• Any education background is okay, but engineering is preferred.

• Understanding of Technical Requirements in HSSE and Support in Implementation

• Commitment to Continuous Improvement in Key Measures and Objectives
• UAE Passport and family book (Mandatory)

(The candidate should be willing to travel within Dubai to Warehouses (once a week)
