Job Summary.
The Global Account Manager, will be responsible for managing key client relationships on a global scale. The primary objective will be to foster strong partnerships, understand client needs, and drive revenue growth through strategic account management.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Building and Managing Relationships: Cultivate strong relationships with key clients on a global scale, understanding their needs, challenges, and strategic objectives.
- Strategic Account Planning: Develop comprehensive account plans that align with both client objectives and company goals, identifying growth opportunities and mitigating risks.
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams such as sales, marketing, product development, and customer support to ensure alignment and delivery of solutions that meet client needs.
- Customer Advocacy: Serve as the primary advocate for the client within the company, ensuring that their voice is heard and their concerns are addressed promptly and effectively.
- Performance Tracking and Reporting: Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the health of the client relationship and track progress against targets. Provide regular reports and updates to both internal stakeholders and the client.
FACILITY/GROUP SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES
- Collaborate with Strategic Sales team members located in all regions on a worldwide basis.
- Contract Management: Oversee contract negotiations, ensuring favorable terms and conditions for both the client and the company and that contracts are executed in a timely manner.
- Travel and Global Coordination: Depending on the nature of the role, may require frequent travel to meet with clients in various locations around the world, as well as coordination with international teams and partners.
- Stakeholder Management: Manage relationships with key stakeholders both internally and externally, including executives, decision-makers, and influencers, to ensure alignment and support for account objectives.

- International travel required
- Compilation and concise, accurate technical and commercial proposals.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Preparation of annual budget plans and updates.
EXPERIENCE/EDUCATION/SKILL-SET REQUIRED:
Essential:
- At least 5-7 years of experience in a similar position
- Experience with NOV product lines is highly preferred
- Must have previous Drilling Service Company experience
- Must be Fluent in English and Arabic
