Reporting to the Middle East Managing Director, you will be responsible for assisting him in a variety of administrative and collaborative tasks.
Your main responsibilities are:
- Calendar & task management: manage MD calendars, internally and externally, regional, and global team.
- T&E arrangements: Coordinating travel arrangements for air/hotel/other logistics/detailed itineraries/VISAs etc.
- Provide administrative assistance, such as writing and editing emails, preparing communications on the executive’s behalf.
- Coordinating and collaborating with other executives, managers, staff, clients, and stakeholders.
- VIP Visitor schedule coordination: coordinate schedules and logistics to support internal and external VIP visitors.
- Manage all types of expense claims.
- Anticipating the executive’s needs and proactively solving problems.
- Manage information flow in a timely and accurate manner.
- Assisting in the preparation of local events (corporate/client/seminars/other).
Profile
- Minimum of 6 years’ experience in an Executive Assistant role in a multinational company, ideally in the luxury industry.
- Adaptability, flexibility, and resilience.

- Excellent stakeholder management, interpersonal, and communication skills.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills, high levels of efficiency with a problem-solving approach, meticulous and attentive to details.
- Professionalism, ethics, and confidentiality.
- People-oriented, dynamic, flexible, and agile in an intercultural environment, cultural awareness, diversity, and inclusion
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software and tools.
- Excellent command of spoken and written English and French, Arabic would be an advantage.
