Digital Building EcoXpert Channel Manager
The primary objective of this role is to lead, develop, drive, and manage complete Schneider Electric Digital Building solutions which include BMS, Lighting Control, GRMS and Access Control Systems through system integrators, what is called EcoXpert Partners.
So, the role is having duties like accounts management, development of assigned accounts and collaborating with key stakeholders in the organization like End Users KAM & Contractors team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Build and maintain strong relationship with existing and new customers (partners & contractors).
  • Accurately forecast and deliver annually, quarterly, and monthly revenue streams.
  • Deliver high performance in Order Intake, Sales, Customers Satisfaction, Profitability and Coverage.
  • Collaborate with the segment leaders in the cluster to ensure we are well positioned in the market. Segments of focus will be hotels, real estate, and healthcare.
  • Analyze competitor’s strengths & weaknesses in term of strategy, relationships, pricing & products.
  • Demonstrate knowledge of multiple product lines and systems in the building automation.
  • Identify Projects from the inception stage through direct approach & undertake the necessary groundwork like prescription, lobbying…etc.
  • Update projects pipeline, customer visits and contacts regularly in the bFO tool (Sales force).
  • Adheres to all company policies, procedures, and business ethics codes.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of marketing plans as needed.

Qualifications:


Qualifications:
  • B.E. in Electro-Mechanical or Electronic Engineering.
  • Strong knowledge in BMS, Lighting Control, GRMS and Access Control systems solutions.
  • Previous experience in channel management.
  • Sales experience in the same field of at least 5 years.
  • Committed, highly organized, and disciplined with a self-starter attitude.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and oral, ability to present at senior customer level.
  • Ability to think and act independently and exhibit consistently sound business judgment and an action-oriented ability to take measured risks and take responsibility for the consequences.
  • Team Player – Passionate and dynamic professional with the energy and ability to obtain alignment and work effectively across teams and functions.
