JOB TITLE
Associate – Risk & Compliance – UAE National |

ROLE SUMMARY
The Associate – Risk and Compliance is responsible for assisting the Risk and Compliance function by overseeing risk and compliance matters within MAF Retail.

ROLE PROFILE

  • Assist with the implementation of the country emergency response process and crisis management strategy
  • Monitor threats and risks that may impact the business continuity
  • Enhancing, tracking, and reporting on key performance-indicating metrics, allowing for performance improvements so that the desired outcomes are achieved to plan and in a timely manner
  • Ensure employees follow applicable laws, regulations, internal policies and procedures in order to protect the people, assets, data and reputation of MAF Retail
  • Analyzes and interprets integrated data and information to improve investigation process efficiency and effectiveness
  • Assist in investigations of fraud cases such as employee theft, breach of ethics, corruption and violations of risk and compliance policies and recommend resolutions thereof.
  • Apply and follow MAF Retail’s Human Capital corporate policies and relevant procedures and instructions
  • Perform various administrative tasks as needed, including filing, managing email correspondence, creating presentations, and preparing reports using Microsoft Office.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or equivalent
  • Good Knowledge in Microsoft Office and Power BI is a must
  • Excellent project management
  • Analytical and decision-making abilities
  • Good business communication and presentation skills
  • 2+ years’ experience in a similar function
