Job Overview

The investment advisory support is responsible for ensuring that client investment account opening, trades and maintenance are executed at a timely manner and are compliant with the bank’s policies and procedures. The holder is also responsible for ensuring that the customer investment details are captured and maintained accurately.

Key Responsibilities

  • Supporting client experience by assisting advisors in managing client inquiries and providing timely response.
  • Prepare detailed investment reports and performance summaries to be used by advisors during client meetings.
  • Minimize error rates and increase in process efficiency.
  • All requests are completed within the agreed timelines.
  • Work closely with other departments toe ensure seamless client service.
  • Maintain sufficient and effective processes and controls identifying and mitigating risks.

Skills and Experience 

  • Preferrable bachelor’s degree in finance/business administration or related field.
  • Preferrable 1-3 years of experience in financial service environment.
  • Strong interpersonal skills.
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills.
  • Experience with administrative duties such as data management, scheduling, and documentation.
