POSITION OBJECTIVE

The Job holder will be responsible for organizing and monitoring shipments, customs clearance, and vendor payment. Providing end to end visibility from order to receiving.

DO — Key Responsibilities

1.

Managing Import, Export, Cross Trade, and local Logistics Co-ordinations.
GCC ports customs documentation, Regulations and customs clearing process.
Mainland, JAFZA Customs Documentations and Regulations.
Dubai Trade portal E-Mirsal II etc.
Letter of Credit (Trade Finances) opening and collection of documents.
COO processing and Cargo insurance Claims.
Managing Pre shipment process, carrier nomination and coordination.
Monitor pending order follow up. Collaborating with Buying and Planning department for handling default shipments.
Routing of shipments, nominating service providers to maximize economy with best transit time.
Provide visibility on each stage of shipments.
INCOTERMS 2010 and HS CODES
Prepare and publish supply chain MIS reports like lead time analysis, order status report, optimization of freight.
Coordinate, assign, monitor and review the work of individuals engaged in Imports related duties.

Must Have:
5+ years’ experience in supply chain – import and export process.
Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, Business Administration, or related field.
Knowledge of freight forwarding regulations, customs procedures, and international trade compliance requirements
