Position Summary

ESBO (European Service Business Organisation) is responsible for identifying, evaluating and determining new opportunities within the ever-growing CTV media industry, with the goal of creating scalable services and businesses on top of the global footprint of European Samsung Smart TVs.
The EU advertising team is working to create value for partners, advertisers, and agencies through its unique insights into content consumption in the shifting media landscape.

Role and Responsibilities

  • Leverage communication and relationship-building skills to cultivate long-lasting partnerships with our reseller partners and key accounts.
  • Be a resource for the reseller partner, helping to advise on marketing strategies and to optimise campaigns, maximising the benefits of the Samsung Ads platform.
  • Create process and support materials for the reseller, to enable them to effectively sell our ad products in market.
  • Provide outstanding client service throughout the sales and post sales process, responding quickly to requests and troubleshooting issues.
  • Providing face to face pitch support as and when required.
  • Manage each phase of the campaign, from reseller pitch to end of campaign report efficiently and transparently, keeping all stakeholders updated
  • Ensure revenue pipeline is effectively managed and updated in Salesforce.
  • Identifying revenue opportunities originating within the MENA region to be executed within the EU.
  • Supporting direct client advertising opportunities within MENA working alongside the local subs.
  • Using the wealth of data available to provide best in class post campaign analysis to clients with take-outs and recommendations.

Skills and Qualifications

  • Experience in account management capacity at a media or technology company with experience in TV advertising, digital media, and/or advertising platforms
  • Understanding of digital media and CTV or online advertising industry.
  • Independent, self-starter; comfortable with ambiguity, and resilient. Able to work independently
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to manage client relationships
  • Superior analytical skills to provide campaign insights to internal and external audiences
  • Comfortable with both PowerPoint and Excel
