Job Overview  

As Business Development Officer – Mortgages at Emirates NBD, your role is to

  • To increase sales acquisition of Home loans in retails banking.
  • Unique contribution of job holder is to achieve given targets and provide new and existing customers high standards of customer service.
  • To be part of mobile team that sells its products at one-to-one meetings, thus attracting new customers to the bank and contributing to customer loyalty

Responsibilities 

  • Key task is towards Selling Home loans product
  • Work on Selling cross sell products
  • Maintain low ratio of discrepancies / Follow compliance rules and policies
  • Maintain Superior customer service and satisfaction
  • Incumbent will have Sales target for core product

To be successful in this role, you will need the following skills and experience…

  • Graduate or equivalent
  • Banking Experience – 1 year
  • Local or overseas experience 1 year
  • Sales experience minimum 1 year
