YOUR TALENT
Education:
- Minimum: Bachelor’s degree
Experience:
- Minimum of 3 years of relevant sales experience in the footwear and/or apparel sports, lifestyle, the fashion industry.
- Online retail experience would be a strong advantage.

YOUR MISSION
The Junior Manager Online Sales is responsible for driving profitable and sustainable market share and net sales growth for third-party online business accounts while respecting global and local PUMA strategies. The position provides vital support to the Senior Manager Online Sales.
Responsibilities:
- Comprehensive key account management of the assigned online accounts.
- Represent assigned online accounts internally and vice versa and be the main point of contact for online sales.
- Provide the highest level of service and product expertise each season from sell-in to sell thru, driven by PUMA strategic goals.
- Participate and execute seasonal online channel business plans that support sales and gross margin targets.
- Achieve monthly, quarterly and half-year and annual sales targets and support relevant forecast planning on a monthly basis.
- Identify sales opportunities in the online wholesale channels.
- Coordinate with the Customer Service Department to follow up on orders processed internally in both pre-orders and immediate and verify pricing discounts and product numbers.
- Follow up on customer order books for the season by monitoring stock on hand and delivery notes.
- Propose new opportunities to customers by checking stock opportunities and supply replenishment.
- Responsible for customers’ payments and internal flow of the payment process – setting payment terms/ discounts.
- Tackle inefficient business processes and improve the customer service experience.
- Support Senior Manager Online Sales when working with the Marketing Department to executive dedicated plans by season. Assist in the development and execution of online accounts related to seasonal marketing plans.
- Coordinate and support cross-functional projects.
